The procedures carried out through the electronic office of the DFA are as valid as if they had been carried out in person. Its main objective is to reduce the time and effort required to carry out procedures with the Provincial Council of Alava, increasing the transparency and efficiency of the Administration.
If you wish, you can go to the offices to carry out a procedure, request a certificate or simply receive information or assistance, but before going to the offices you must make an appointment. You can contact them by telephone, mail, e-mail or through the entity's web page.
If you wish to contact them by telephone to make an appointment, you can call 902-100-513, their staff will be attentive to any request and will be happy to help you with whatever you may need. The service is available from Monday to Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., except on holidays.

Desde hace un par de años, la Agencia Tributaria ha puesto en marcha un servicio por el cual las empresas españolas y los establecimientos españoles de empresas extranjeras están obligados a registrarse para recibir Notificaciones Electrónicas Obligatorias.
Esto implica solicitar un Certificado Electrónico para la empresa y una vez registrado, toda la correspondencia de la Agencia Tributaria para la empresa se recibe electrónicamente en lugar de por correo postal. Este sistema de buzón electrónico se conoce como Dirección Electrónica Habilitada (DEH).
Toda la correspondencia de la Agencia Tributaria puede consultarse accediendo a una página web dedicada a este servicio:http://notificaciones.060.es o en el servicio online de la Agencia Tributaria en https://www.agenciatributaria.gob.es.
A continuación aparecerá un texto adicional y deberá pulsar sobre "Ya dispongo del codigo de solicitud". Haga clic en "Enviar" y pida cita previa en la delegación de la Agencia Tributaria más cercana que se ocupe de este asunto. Lo más probable es que sea la Delegación de Hacienda de su provincia. El sistema le confirmará la cita y deberá imprimirla.
